Edward Lyons Pryce was a multi-talented designer, maker, and educator who strived to make a positive impact on people and places. During the evaluation process, the review committee recognized that both recipients reflected these qualities. Please join us in recognizing the talents and accomplishments of these two people.
Maurice A. Gaston is a student in the Master of Architecture and Master of Landscape Architecture + Urbanism Dual Program at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and has an undergraduate degree in interior design from the Illinois Institute of Art- Chicago. He also founded the Mainstream Architectural Group LLC, a green construction company. After graduation, he plans to focus on green energy, sustainability, landscape ecology, and preservation to revitalize communities.
Jaylaan Pough has wealth of experiences and passions. Raised 30 minutes outside of New York City, she has participated in activities such as piano, swimming, tennis, and chess club. Her personal favorites are Taekwondo and dance. She continues to learn with the support of her family.
